The automated system is GARBAGE, the staff is EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL.
This pharmacy is SO frustrating!! They never get the order right, they lose prescriptions from clinics, they never let you know if or when it's ready. And don't even get me started on trying to call there to ask anything. Business and customer service practices have sure taken a dive!
Sometimes they are very helpful, but sometimes service is abysmal. Theyll tell you they have something in stock and ready for you, but only partially fill it. Or theyll say theyll order a generic and then at pickup tell you they cant bring it in, but dont worry, its only hundreds of dollars for the name brand.
I canceled my entire costco membership because of how bad the pharmacy staff were after the store manager already had to apologize for other worker's behaviors. All i took was one incompetent and rude pharmacist to undo all the store manager's work. Went right back to him and said never mind, ill get the cancellation/refund after all considering what the pharmacist just did.
