I get that most people would receive a 5 star experience from this pharmacy, and that had been my default experience for the past three years. It is very convienent as I buy my groceries from this Costco every week. And the staff there seem nice and helpful. It wasn't until this week, when I had forgotten to drop off my prescription while shopping, that I had used another pharmacy near my work instead. The pharmacy associate name JEN are very helpful,, patient and accommodating, she do her job above and beyond. Thank you Jen for all ur help.
If I could give this pharmacy minus stars I would. I understand that they are extremely busy but you deal with the medicine for human beings. Communication especially good communication is 100% necessary. The lack of care for the patients they're supplying medication to is atrocious. Is it cheaper then others absolutely but everyone should really consider if the savings are worth the risks involved.
