Staff at this particular costco pharmacy are incompetent at searching medication and availabiliity in their system. They are unwilling to help and often tell me medication can't even be ordered when other costco pharmacies can easily order them or have them in stock. They obviously use the same supplier...I will be filing a complaint with the Alberta College of Pharmacy because this seems to happen 9/10 times I speak to someone at Winterburn Costco. All the pharmacy staff here are always so friendly, they get through lines fast and are knowledgeable. Super happy with this pharmacy.
