Generally the dispensing staff is good, but when you have to go to next window for further advice, a person called RAHUL has no basic sense of customer service and if you will have to ask a question twice just because you couldn’t hear him properly from other side of window, you will see signs of annoyance and frustration on his face with an irritated tone although no verbal misbehave! Have some passion for your profession buddy instead of just being frustrated!
Fast and priced better than most.
Called for help, mentioned I was struggling as urgent care and walk ins were closed. I needed a prescription for my 2yr old urgently. I called more than 2 hours before closing. I was told “call somewhere else because we are really busy.” Pretty horrible in my experience.
Sheila is very cheerful.
