Costco has the lowest cost dispensing fee and lowest % mark-up of all the pharmacies, so even if you have a employer benefit plan, your share will be significantly reduced. In most cases, if you order refills using the app, they will be ready for pickup the next afternoon. Also, you do not need to have a Costco membership to use the pharmacy. Their staff are efficient and friendly. Note that the pharmacy closes sooner than the store, so keep that in mind if you need it.

I am so happy I made the move to the Costco pharmacy. Every single one of the staff that works there is so helpful. I have never had a prescription that has not been filled in a proper amount of time. In one instance I completely forgot to have my prescription refilled the day before, I called in and they filled it the same day so I didn't miss my medication. I used to use Shoppers for the last 10 to 15 years and it was an excruciating experience almost every time.

Gave me the wrong prescription after I asked and made sure it was pills and not a spray. When I came back in they said they can’t do anything because I walked out with it. Later got a call saying the tech confirmed my story that I checked to make sure it was pills not a spray and that I could come back in for a refund.
