I had placed an order for my snowbird mother’s medications through the online pharmacy. When the refill didn’t arrive until the day before her flight, I panicked and called Costco Barrhaven pharmacy. Lowest dispensing fees I’ve been able to find, quick turnaround and accommodating pharmacists. Their online service work very well and I’ve never had to wait long when I had to call to speak with someone.
Gave me an attitude when they can't spell my wife's French last time. Told them 3 times, yell at me telling me that I need to go to the drop off despite she had called in earlier for a transfer to be pick up this afternoon because they didn't do their job properly. Then they tell me "we will rush it for you, come back in 10-15 mins, normally it takes half an hour" has if they are doing me a favour. That's borderline insulting, would be nice if you do the job right the first time.
I was at the self-checkout today and was greeted and helped by Ken. I just want to say he was absolutely lovely—kind, funny, and welcoming. He had a smile on his face, and you could truly feel his positive energy and how much he enjoys his job and helping others. When you have great employees and such a positive experience, it makes you want to return. Amazing job, Ken—keep that smile!
I changed to this location based on good referrals, however the Pharmacy made a mistake with one the ordered REFILLs and instead requested (without my authorization) a RENEWAL of the prescription with my doctor, (Renews by fax are not covered by OHIP) and therefore I was billed from the health care provider for something I didn’t need, and way more than the medication is worth it. After contacting the Pharmacy, they showed very little concern
