The reason that I put two stars is because I know the staff is very joyful and lighthearted people BUT That does not excuse the processing that they presented to me. I was supposed to travel four days before my renewal. They said I needed a approval from my provider to escalate the renewal, It took me two days to get the approval, Which is not easy to do, And when the approval was received to the pharmacy, they said they have NO STOCK, That it will take one to four days for their pharmacy to have that Medicine. Best Costco location hands down, in the entire region! Best best best customer service! These guys are amazing from Luis (supervisor and his team: Lina, Chevonne, Audra, Grace, Nova, sorry if I missed other names- but generally I speak to these guys most often esp Luis, Lina and Chevonne) to the manager Alex. Nicest and I mean it nicest people. I wish I could give them 7 stars. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcomed.
