Went in for my vaccination today. Girl in the front desk told me there patient in the room and next will be me but waited for 1 hour plus. No one came forward to call me in. Tried to get attention from one of the staffs and asked what happened. Turned out they forgot about me! This pharmacy has no procedures and system with the staffs. Management needs to set up a better procedures for the pharmacy. Forgetting a patient is very unusual especially there only one person waiting!!!
Laziest staff ever. They give you a ticket for 35 minutes and 90 minutes later they are still “working on it” while casually socializing and then come up with the most absurd excuses before just grabbing the pack from a shelf and handing it over to you. Avoid at all costs!
