Argumentative and incompetent staff. No apologies for their incompetence and for playing with people’s lives. They blamed my doctor’s office for not sending back my prescription refill. As it turns out, with a little investigation, they faxed the wrong number not once but twice. Then, they proceeded to blame me for changing prescribers which confused the staff. I went to go pick up my dad’s medications, and Harpreet Gill helped me out. She did amazing explaining everything and she went above and beyond. Her professionalism is amazing, it was busy but she still ensured to explain everything and was extremely kind and helpful.
Went in on Saturday night at 6pm to get 3 different meds, lineup of 2 people ahead of me but got to speak to reception within 10 minutes, and they made sure I got my prescription before 7pm close. Despite reviews giving me very low expectations, staff was really helpful and clear and went above and beyond to try to get all meds meds prepped and explained in time so I wouldn’t need to come back again. Definitely "You get what you pay for!" Not uncommon to wait in line10-15 minutes for your pick-up; this is after the 45-60 minute wait for the order to be processed. Twice I was short changed prescriptions, and not 1 or 2 pills. Once I was give 90 pills instead of 120. If you're shopping here and need a Rx filled, fine. But if you come just for your Rx, go to Shoppers and pay the extra $$.
