They never answer phones. They have lost my family’s business
Trying to get a hold of someone via phone if you need to talk to an actual person is impossible. Finally think you are getting somewhere and they just lift the reciever up just to put it back down on you. What is the point of having the option to talk to someone when they do not answer it.
Just terrible customer service and an attitude to go along. Either they lack the staff to handle or are poorly trained. Received a text that the medication for my son was ready for pickup but when I get there I am told that the fax they received from the hospital was not legible. I am almost certain that it was their printer issue as the other half of the fax was clear.
