Really slow and they never have your prescription ready on time BUT the staff are super nice. It's obviously nothing they can do anything about, they're just understaffed. They do pick up the phone if you keep calling a million times. I feel bad doing that but it's the only way they'll pick up to fill your prescription!! Costco please help the pharmacy department out and hire more staff, they're drowning

I had a wonderful experience at the Costco Pharmacy thanks to Chau. I went in to pick up my prescription, and she went above and beyond by taking the extra time to review my payment options. She noticed that I was eligible for a discount and recommended that I apply for it. Thanks to her kindness and attention to detail, I saved $155 today! First time using costco pharmacy and now I understand the bad reviews. They don't answer phone calls. When they do answer the phone, they are in a hurry to hang up and not answer questions. They left me a voice mail but mumbling that I can hardly understand what they said. Even the pharmacist itself seems not knowledgeable enough.
