Requested a renewal online way in advance, but the pharmacy never faxed the renewal request to my doctor till I call them a week later to ask for updates. The pharmacy blames the doctor and the doctor’s office blaming the pharmacy for the delay. I’m the one left without any medication for two weeks and just waiting for these people to play catch up. What a joke.
