Sad to see Costco racing the other bottom feeders to the bottom. But they definitely are. Now the Costco pharmacy coerces/forces users to use their lousy website to order. If you try to order by phone, as I've done for countless years, they will just ignore your order. Time to check out the independent pharmacist in my neighbourhood.
The staff here went above and beyond for me. I needed a prescription very last minute for a wait-listed appointment at the hospital, and they truly did everything possible to secure me the medication that was not in stock, and every staff member seemed aware of who I was and what I needed on pick up. The process was seamless and so appreciated. I've since interacted with the pharmacy again with the same exceptional service. I generally avoid going to Costco to avoid the crowds, but this service makes it worth it. Thank-you.
