Annoyed with this pharmacy more so today than other time. My doctor sent in a prescription on Friday June 26th and I went to pick it up today thinking it would be ready since it was sent by the doctor to be told it was not filled and it was on hold. They don't fill prescriptions unless they are advised to do so. Completely uninformed and uneducated pharmacist and staff. I have been taking the same medications for years and now they have a problem with dispensing them for me. First time I tried to request a refill, the staff informed me they didn’t have my prescription on file. Then I requested the refill over the phone which went through. I was notified (by phone and text) that my prescription was ready for pick up, only to show up and be told they will not fill it without doctor providing a more descriptive prescription. Really really bad service by kind people. Uninformed pharmacist who gave half answers and no confidence in knowledge. Staff went to charge uninsured price despite having insurance provided to them while filling the script. Didn't catch that there was an entirely different name on the insurance plan and were content to just let me pay the insurance issue and didnt mention it at all. I had to ask what was going on with the price. No one had any information on delivery policies. Just truly abysmal.
