Costco is unfortunately a victim of their own success. They are too busy to fill meds until 48-72 hours after receiving requests and the requests need to be online which I did last Wednesday and the system confirmed that it would be ready by Friday so I get their on Sunday to pick it up and it was not ready. They explained that they were too busy to inform me of a backorder issue because they think their time is more valuable. I whole heartedly believe the people who work at this pharmacy are afraid of phones. THEY NEVER....EVER ANSWER the phones. I am completely flabbergasted at the amount of calls I try to make to them, only to be left with elevator piano music for 15 minutes, then get told by a clanker robot "sorry nobody is available to assist at this time".... Then get hung up on..... C'mon Costco pharmacy, do better, train your "representatives" to not be afraid of their phones. Phone calls are just as important as a front facing customer. W... read more
Rude ignorant staff. Absolutely terrible customer service. The pharmacist said "why are you calling .. place your refill online" then proceed to hang up on me. - the online portal is a joke! Literally every time Ive placed a refill they claim that my prescription is expired... They've got no knowledge of insurance billing let alone products they dispense.
