Pharmacy staff are overworked and rude. Their systems are regularly down, and their customer service is severely lacking. I had to call 4+ times and go in twice to get my meds. Their text system is unreliable, and pharmacy staff are not concerned about patient outcomes. Other Costco pharmacies are much easier to work with. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere as a result of multiple poor experiences.
Terrible pharmacy. It takes them 5 business days to fill a very basic prescription. I went back to the Walmart pharmacy who always have my prescriptions ready early and the pharmacist there is super friendly. I’ll gladly pay a few bucks more
