I have been using this pharmacy for about seven years, mainly because of the low dispensing fee. I have never had an issue with them. I find them friendly and efficient. Sure the lineup is sometimes long, but I’m willing to put up with that.
I’ve been getting my medicine from this pharmacy since they first opened. The staff used to be really nice and caring, but lately the new ones don’t seem as gentle or friendly.
I have prescription refill for two medications and they have one medication on the first day and they said they have to order the second medication. I asked the CSR if the Pharmacy will call me once they receive medication and I was told that thwy will call or text. But no phone call or text message. I have to call them. Their phone was engaged for longer period of time and once connected, lots of AI generated questions and took 15 min to reach a live agent who told me that medication is ready for pick up. I wish they had more staff and were more diligent and disciplined about the refills. It’s exhausting to wait in line only to have them redo the Rx. Otherwise best quality and best prices. Please hire more staff.
They don’t answer the phone. Worst pharmacy in Canada 😢
