Called them at least 10 times on phone from 9:00 am to 10:20 am and no one bothered to pickup. Called the admin staff and they just transferred over and no one picked up yet. Years ago, when faced with the same scene, I had reached out to the Costco Canada top honcho. Let me see what I can do this time! I do eagerly wish that Amazon AI comes out sooner than later with their own online pharmacy and delivery.
It's so difficult to reach this pharmacy by phone.. been calling them through out the day and no answer. It shouldn't take me 2.5 days of calling before I was able to reach the pharmacy. It's not just my experience but others including my doctors all have noted the same thing.. very difficult to reach the pharmacy by phone. You have better odds winning the lottery than getting someone to pick up the phone. It's basic expectations like answering the phone that practically all other pharmacies are able to achieve.
Too busy!
I am having a hard time getting anyone on the phone to refill my prescription or ask questions. Regardless of the time of day, no one picks up.
