We have been using this Costco Pharmacy since 2009, we have never had a problem ever, I'm amazed at the comments here, unfortunately I use the pharmacy more than I'd like, never had an issue with their service. They are busy as is the entire store.
I came in to drop off 4 prescriptions and was told they would be ready at 3pm. At 3:30pm I got a text saying I had 4 prescriptions ready for pickup. When I came back to pick them up, it turns out they didn’t even put one of them through (text said 4 because one of them was split in 2), they were out of stock of another one, and only had enough to partially fill another one. I asked if they had a generic version of the one out of stock and they said no, but they had it in a different format so I asked them to do that. Two and... read more
The staff just didn’t seem to care at all. Super slow service, never picked up the phone, and when they did talk to you, they were pretty aggressive. Not a good experience at all.
