#Costco Pharmacy(Ajax) the pricing is 5*****, the management and customer service is ZERO: - I have to call repeatedly just to get someone to answer the phone - went in to fill a prescription(common meds), the person at the counter said "Let me go check if I have it", she then went and opened a fridge, did a visual check, came back and said "we don't have it, I have to order it".........soooooo 1) I don't understand how in this day and age you have to relay on a visual check. This profiling due to religious dress is not correct. All staff in Costco treat people with respect. I have had only pleasant experiences in Costco.

Very disappointing with the customer service at the pharmacy over the phone today. I had a prescription that was faxed to the wrong pharmacy by the doctor's office in error. I called the other pharmacy to let them know that the prescription was meant to be for the Costco pharmacy in Ajax. They advised me to contact the pharmacist at the Ajax Costco location to have the pharmacist call them in order to authorize the transfer of the prescription to Ajax Costco pharmacy.
