Never in my life have I ever had soany issues with a pharmacy. I have been going here after moving to Calgary, previously using the Lethbridge Costco. Every single time I have ordered medications for my husband, there has been an issue. His doctor renewed a years worth of all his meds, yet we need to see them for a refill after three months. His clinic sent in a card for a trial medication that was supposed to make it free, yet they filed it wrong and charged us $214, and it took forever to fix. Not only that, but they gave ... read more
I agree with some of the other comments. The staff, especially someone named Angeline or something like that, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The way she talked to me on the phone and in person came off as rude and a bit disrespectful, which was really disappointing. If you work in a pharmacy, you should show some care and kindness toward customers.
