Just started using these guys and will not be going back after my 3rd prescription. We all know Costco is marathon, from getting there, parking and long lines at the pharmacy. I waited well over 10 minutes inline 4 days after my Dr sent in the prescription. Got to the front and they said it wasnt ready...it'll be ready tomorrow? Really? No one calls, so you have no idea what the wait time is. I've tried calling before and its a complex labrynth of buttons to press just to get hung up on. DON'T COME HERE!!!! THEIR PHARMACY STAFF ARE SUCH UNKNOWLEDGABLE. WASTED OUR TIME FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW. THEY ALSO DON'T ANSWER CALLS. LAST TIME I WENT I WAS TOLD I HAVE 1 MORE REFILL AND WHEN I CAME BACK, THEY SAID I HAVE TO PLACE THE ORDER FIRST. SO I MISSED MY DOSE. I AGREED TO PLACE THE ORDER AND WAS TOLD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY, AND WHEN WE CAME BACK, WE WERE SUDDENLY TOLD DIFFERENT THING WHICH IS CONTRADICTING WITH WHAT THE PHARMACY CLERK TOLD US THAT WE CAN GET THE OTHER BRAND, AND THUS, FAILING US TO GET THE PRESCR... read more
