Never answer the phone and when they do they’re rude. Issues and delays constantly.
Super unprofessional staff
I had a disappointing experience with Jinny at the prescription drop-off counter. My doctor faxed a new prescription directly to Costco Pharmacy. Since the appointment was over the phone and I had never taken this medication before, I did not know the exact drug name, how it was spelled, or even how to pronounce it. Not worth the time and efforts, they messing up the prescription refill has been an ongoing problem. Been there 3 time in last 3 months and all three time they made me wait for 30min for each refill despite having to call them 2 days prior to pick-up.
I had my scripts transferred to Langley from another location & I don’t think they’ve ever had a smooth transaction. They never answer the phone, their excuse is that they’re short staffed. For 2 years? Hire more! They don’t communicate at all & they don’t carry a very common BTC product that every pharmacy carries. When asked why not - I got a shrug.
