Good and knoligeble service
I’ve been going here for years and it has gone so down hill. It’s unorganized, no communication and the staff are rude. I filled my prescription, same one I’ve been filling every three months for years. They say have you ever been here before? It says you haven’t. Well I have and the prescription is on file. Then they say oh your number, address, phone, and health care card number are all here but you have a different name. I’ve never heard that woman’s name in my life. They never answer their phone! It’s absolutely despicable and they should be ashamed!! Tried to get a prescription transferred from there to a different Costco and even that branch KNEW they never answer their phone!!!! Just completely unprofessional!!
