Pretty good pricing on pharmacuticals
Shout out to Rania, who helped me out with a prescription pickup which my doctor’s office FAILED when they were supposed to fax over the RX. Rania pleasant and professional customer service was exemplary and I hope she is recognized.
Costco 32 Ave ne visited Costco Pharmacy today and was disappointed with the overall experience. The service was poorly managed, communication regarding medication pickup times was inconsistent, and prescriptions were not ready when promised. The lack of organization resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration. I believe there is significant room for improvement in both customer service and operational efficiency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy at this time.”
