Costco 32 Ave ne visited Costco Pharmacy today and was disappointed with the overall experience. The service was poorly managed, communication regarding medication pickup times was inconsistent, and prescriptions were not ready when promised. The lack of organization resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration. I believe there is significant room for improvement in both customer service and operational efficiency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy at this time.”
Regine might be the worst pharmacist I have ever interacted with. She is rude, impatient, unprofessional, and snarky. I’ve seen multiple poor reviews regarding her and they should all be addressed. It seems as if all of the staff working with her are miserable when she is around. It’s a miracle she is still able to practice there.
