Je n'ai jamais eu à traiter avec autant de juniors mal formés et une système informatique aussi désuet utilisant encore faxe et téléphone. Après 5 appels téléphoniques avec 2 pharmacies et 6 visites au guichet de la pharmacie de Kelowna et erreurs comisent tout au long du processus, mon de dossier de prescriprions n'est toujours à jour. En visite en C.B. venant de l'est Canadien, je souhaitais renouveller 2 prescriptions ! Pas de problème monsieur! Ok alors go, alons y. Good and friendly
I didn’t say anything i just need today. Than she said don’t do order in last minute…it was 1pm . What did i wrong? And also she order wrong too haha..so funny
This pharmacy has always been great. Yesterday my doctor called in a prescription but it was not ready when i arrived. Instead of having me come back the next day, Jennifer at the cashier counter, went to the back and arranged to have it for me in another 15 minutes or so. We have always been lucky enough to have her when we check out at the counter, and she is always courteous and friendly. Thank you Jennifer for great service.
