This pharmacy has a huge issue keeping stock on Medication. In my 16 years of going to Costco pharmacy at other locations I've never had the issues of constantly being told the item is not in stock but yet each other location has abundance of stock. Who ever is in charge needs additional stock handling training.
Their fax in service is a black hole! Kind of sad in this day and age.
They never seem to receive prescriptions sent from my doctors office, even when I watch my doctor send them right in front of me. I have requested for refills to be faxed to my doctor which were never sent causing a lapse in my medication. I switched from shoppers this year to save on the dispense fee however after the multiple lapses in my medication I would rather pay a little money knowing my prescriptions will actually be filled on time and with better care.
