Very poor customer service at Costco Pharmacy. The waiting time is still huge even when there are hardly any customers waiting. I arrived on time to pick up my prescription, yet it was not ready. What’s even more frustrating is their so-called “patient consultation” — no one attends to you or provides any updates. This isn’t a staffing or crowd issue; it’s a lack of organization and accountability. Completely unacceptable service from a pharmacy that should value patients’ time.

ALWAYS HELPFUL!
Excellent pharmacists who are very helpful. Prescriptions are always filled as quickly as possible and information on new medications are always discussed. The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful.
