Great staff. Always able to get my meds easily. The only draw back is that the privacy area could be a bit better.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Costco Pharmacy. When I visited to pick up my prescription, I was unexpectedly subjected to a counseling session, which I declined despite having been using this same medication for over 30 years as a matter of survival. I went to return a computer screen and had my husband's membership card on me as I had forgotten mine at home. Sabrina was rude about it. Another employee helped verify my membership on your system in just a few seconds but Sabrina had a very rude tone when she told that "your face has to be on the card". I thought you had better customer service than this
