I went to return a computer screen and had my husband's membership card on me as I had forgotten mine at home. Sabrina was rude about it. Another employee helped verify my membership on your system in just a few seconds but Sabrina had a very rude tone when she told that "your face has to be on the card". I thought you had better customer service than this
Costco Pharmacy @ Stoney Creek I honestly wish I could give zero stars. The app and website are essentially useless at this location. Unlike Walmart, there is no option to upload a prescription in advance, which defeats the purpose of having an online system at all. When I mentioned this to the pharmacist, he seemed genuinely confused by the concept of uploading a prescription which is concerning, considering how standard this technology is today.
