Wish I could give them 0/5. Poor service. Called ahead to inquire on meds for dog, they said they can do it with a copy of prescription. Brought it in and they required a recent weighing and an original prescription. Made me jump through hoops to get a prescription filled for a dog, not worth the hassle. I’ll just go to the vet. Why offer dog meds when you make it so difficult to dispense them.
The worst pharmacy, gave me the off the counter substitute for my medicine and didn’t put it on the insurance, the lady on the counter doesn’t know anything, never go here, they were rude and not ready to help.
I have a very poor experience with this pharmacy. They are negligent and not customer oriented. Once they processed my medication without benefits which I have, next time I always have to remind them about it. Their automated service is so bad, it can’t pronounce your name and the medication, and when you try to contact them by phone to clarify after several rings they don’t answer and system just says goodbye.
