Not sure why lady on the phone was rude / frustrated with me when I couldn’t fax an Rx from our clinic and could only call it in. I understand the pharmacy might be busy, so maybe just take down our phone nb and call us when you’re free or whatever. Rather than huffing and puffing on the phone

Wish I could give them 0/5. Poor service. Called ahead to inquire on meds for dog, they said they can do it with a copy of prescription. Brought it in and they required a recent weighing and an original prescription. Made me jump through hoops to get a prescription filled for a dog, not worth the hassle. I’ll just go to the vet. Why offer dog meds when you make it so difficult to dispense them.
