They never answer the phone. I've called over 10 times in 1 hour and nothing. How are people suppose to order their medication? I understand that you guys are probably extremely busy, but this is ridiculous. Hire a dedicated person than to just answer phone calls.
I had a very bad and uncomfortable experience with customer service, KARY in pharmacy is an arrogant and rude person.Totally unfit for this job , seems nobody teach her how to treat the patients and customers respectfully
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location. I purchased a prescription medication and was given a box that already had a hole cut into it. After examining the package, I also discovered that the tablet seal had been broken. I immediately called the pharmacy to report the issue, but the person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
