They never pick up the phone.
My experience at the pharmacy wasn’t great. The staff member seemed impatient when I asked about my medications and didn’t offer much explanation. I hope they can improve their customer service. I still come here mainly because it’s the closest Costco for me.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at the pharmacy inside Costco. I was picking up prescriptions for my mother. The original prescription included multiple medications, but only two were provided at pickup. I asked a very straightforward question: which medications were not being filled and why? I needed this information so I could clearly explain the situation to her.
