Came in a day after my prescription was sent to get an inhaler. Pharmacist asked if I "really needed it" then denied filling after confirming i needed it/ would like to have it and told me to come back the next morning. Backed up or not, pretty shitty when its life saving medicine and all u have to do is put a sticker on the box and hand it over.

Yeah, reviews are right....good people but undersaffed and slow. Script called in Monday for a surgery on Thursday and they couldn't get it ready. Use for typical maintenance drugs but NOT for drugs you need quickly!!

Everyone is very kind, however they are understaffed and very slow. Sometimes it takes a week to get an Rx filled, and I still have to wait an hour once I get there. Don’t use the pharmacy if you need a more urgent prescription like an antibiotic.

Meds called in for fill that day, go to pick up told they aren't scheduled to fill. Told it will be an hour, 2+hours later still nothing. Ask what's going on told meds should be filled by tomorrow. So why was i told an hour and wait. Ask them to transfer them and suddenly they a r e working on them and will be done just before closing. Never again will I make the mistake of going to the Ridgefield, Wa costco pharmacy. No apology, they didn't care and customer service sacked
