Wanted to get some LaRoche Posay sunscreen from the pharmacy. Thought I was standing at the end of line to pharmacy counter but apparently about 20-15 feet away from the counter was the remainder of the line. I got to the counter as I was motioned to come . I asked for the sunscreen and was told they did have it and associate was ready to hand it to me but stopped and asked if I was in line and I said I think so but she pointed to the end of the line which was way down the aisle and told me in a condescending manner to line ... read more

Apparently this pharmacy doesn't need your business. This pharmacy just told us to go take our business elsewhere. Quite an interesting approach to customer service. This is from the pharmacy manager. Only issue on our side was the fact that anytime there was a dose adjustment this pharmacy would take several weeks to get the compound product, even though it was the exact same product, they acted as if it was a whole new thing and opened a new file and did all the information over again. I hate this Costco, I LOVE this pharmacy. This Costco has terrible traffic, lots of people, long lines, and I can never seem to find what I need. I avoided this Costco for years. BUT THE PHARMACY IS PHENOMENAL!! I come here just for the pharmacy. They answer their phones promptly, they are attentive, one pharmacist CALLED MY INSURANCE for me because there was an error. Then she proceeded to TELL ME ABOUT A REBATE FROM THE DRUG MAKER. I've been on this drug for years and always paid the extra $20 for the brand name. Oh my god... read more
