Horrible service. They don't even have the decency to call you if your RX isn't ready when they said it would be. Manager is rude and it feels like everyone is operating like chickens racing around the pen. No confidence in this place.
Not all but some workers are not respectful to costumer in pharmacy.
I have been a customer at the Sarcee Trail location for over 10 years and have always had great service from this pharmacy, the prescriptions are very reasonably priced as well.
Pharmacies should provide safe, consistent, and supportive care — especially when dealing with critical medications like insulin and supplies for blood glucose monitoring. They should: Check that all necessary components (like needle tips) are provided at pickup. Ensure defective medication (like jammed insulin pens) is replaced immediately.
