Really long waiting time
Terrible service. Avoid. You are better off ordering at a Jean Coutu or Pharmaprix or Uniprix etc. You try to save time by ordering your prescription at the same place where you shop, but end up waiting long lines and receiving poor service.
Temps d'attente réellement trop long. On nous avait suggéré de faire la commande téléphonique et de rappeler afin de savoir si la commande était prête. C'est ce que nous avons fait, on nous confirme que c'est prêt. On se présente et on nous avise que ce n'est pas complété il a fallu attendre 25 minutes.... Non mais on se fout de nous!!!!!!
