The very young pharmacist gave me the incorrect instructions on where to place new estrogen patches and simply read the directions on the sticker. I also requested Tegaderm and she first looked confused and then told me they don't have any without looking it up. She does not inspire confidence and should not be advising patients. May 8/26 approximately 2pm.
Never ever ever answer phone
It was the first time my prescription was sent to Costco. 1. Before I arrived, I tried to call them several times, but nobody answered. They acknowledged that they were busy, which is understandable; otherwise, they would need to hire someone just to handle phone calls. However, there was some automated information available through the phone system. 2. There were two lines: one for drop-in prescriptions and another for picking up meds. They never answer the phone.
A pharmacy of this size with the Costco branding dealing with the medical needs of the community, should have someone full time on the phone. Been trying to call and speak with someone for over 1 week, nobody ever picks up.
