Always have used Costco because I am Costco addict but I am soooo tired of calling in my families prescriptions days in advance to be told I would have to wait a hour after their scheduled pick up time, staff has had a huge turn over the ladies on the till could careless about customer service. Amazing experience, gellful and supportive staff. The manager is very caring and thoroughly explains meds. Im actually very surprised by these "1star" reviews. This place is great.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. My 77-year-old mother had a prescription for her cholesterol medication filled for 100 tablets. About a week later, she informed me that she had only 20 tablets remaining. I was very surprised, as the prescription was supposed to contain 100 tablets. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have been receiving lately at the Costco Pharmacy in Sherwood Park. I have used this pharmacy before and my experience used to be perfectly fine, but unfortunately, the attitude and behaviour of some of the staff lately have become increasingly unpleasant and unprofessional. Absolutely brutal to deal with. Been back and forth 4 times, to get Epi Pens for our 1 year old, whom is deathly allergic. Every time we’ve been back we’re told it’s not ready and to wait. Finally called this morning, got told it was ready the whole time. While my wife is standing there, and was told 5 minutes prior that she has to wait 41 minutes.
