Absolutely brutal to deal with. Been back and forth 4 times, to get Epi Pens for our 1 year old, whom is deathly allergic. Every time we’ve been back we’re told it’s not ready and to wait. Finally called this morning, got told it was ready the whole time. While my wife is standing there, and was told 5 minutes prior that she has to wait 41 minutes. On more than one occasion now I have been lied to when I asked if items were available when dropping off a prescription. This seems to be standard for them. Highly advise anywhere else.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great service from a lady called Ruth in particular who was knowledgeable and helped ensure I got what I needed
Had a terrible experience here while trying to pick up a prescription. Received conflicting information several times from pharmacy staff regarding prescription pickup, and the staff were unhelpful, snarky and rude. The staff were demeaning in their responses to my questions and did not explain the actions they were taking. Will not be returning.
