this pharmacy is getting worse and worse, can't even take simple instructions over phone, will not fill prescription sent in by doctor unless you phone in and ok it, last three times they have screwed up the billing, I'm done with this poor excuse of a pharmacy
I had a disappointing experience with RUTH . She was unprofessional, seemed distracted, and didn’t provide clear information about my medication. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable bad odor coming from her breath, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope the pharmacy addresses these issues to improve customer experience.
