The staff is abhorrent here. They are condescending and insensitive. After asking if my dog’s meds had been refilled the employee said “we don’t do pet meds here!” Then after asking to confirm if the vet called the store because I need pain meds for my dying dog or if another location may have it? …the associate rolled her eyes at me and said “no”! Then she shoved the paper script in my face. Dear Costco Rx employee I can only hope karma comes around for being so heartless and rude.
I've been using Costco Concordville Pharmacy for years. The staff are so kind, caring and helpful. We also receive all of our vaccinations there...gentle, skilled staff - painless! Prices are excellent too.
The absolute worst customer service and pharmacists who lie and can't keep track of prescriptions. Zero accountability and even worse, zero empathy for a diabetic without their medication. Honestly, some of the worst human interactions I've ever had.
