I have to drive 45 minutes away to get my meds from here. When i got there they let me know they had to restock my Rx and no longer had it in stock. They never let me know it was being restocked or when, so I planned my monthly trip like normal just to find out it was an enormous waste of gas and time. She also refused to set it up for mail order. And not once did she apologize for the lack of care they’ve taken with my health. If your insurance pays for it—choose another pharmacy.
Horrible service at the pharmacy. The employee told me, “step to the other window”, I moved to the next window, she said “the other window” then she said they couldn’t sell me my medication if I was not a member. I asked her to transfer my prescription to HEB. She said, “Well let me explain…” I asked, “Can you transfer my prescription?” She said, “No”.
The Costco pharmacist refused to acknowledge a psychiatric nurse practitioner's prescription for a medication even though it was approved by a collaborating physician. A complaint was filed through the Texas Pharmacy Board. The pharmacist then said he won't receive a warning. Now that's an inflated ego. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.
Those workers are not nice at this pharmacy. One's name is Aud. They explain nothing then jump down your throat for asking questions. Whoever the "tech" that constantly has a "salty" badge on is absolutely consistently horrible. The "tech" who was at the register today was just as bad. I had to literally say "whoa now" bc her attitude for simply asking a question was out of this world. These people should leave their problems at the door when they walk into work.
