Staff is always so helpful. The technicians always greet me with a smile on their face and are so pleasant. Even in their busy times they still manage to always get my scripts out promptly. They have also saved me a lot of money by letting me know when their Costco member price is a lot cheaper than with my insurance! Awesome staff and great management of a great pharmacy team!

I have to drive 45 minutes away to get my meds from here. When i got there they let me know they had to restock my Rx and no longer had it in stock. They never let me know it was being restocked or when, so I planned my monthly trip like normal just to find out it was an enormous waste of gas and time. She also refused to set it up for mail order. And not once did she apologize for the lack of care they’ve taken with my health. If your insurance pays for it—choose another pharmacy.
Horrible service at the pharmacy. The employee told me, “step to the other window”, I moved to the next window, she said “the other window” then she said they couldn’t sell me my medication if I was not a member. I asked her to transfer my prescription to HEB. She said, “Well let me explain…” I asked, “Can you transfer my prescription?” She said, “No”.
The Costco pharmacist refused to acknowledge a psychiatric nurse practitioner's prescription for a medication even though it was approved by a collaborating physician. A complaint was filed through the Texas Pharmacy Board. The pharmacist then said he won't receive a warning. Now that's an inflated ego. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.
