Mary in the pharmacy was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me when my dogs profile wouldn’t come up. She used all the resources. She had and even called the other Costco location where the prescription was originally , trying to find out all the information she could to locate his profile. Eventually we found out that his last name was under a different name. Thank you so much Mary!!

Definitely the last time I use Costco pharmacy. I’m sick, lost my voice, and tired. I felt like such an inconvenience coming here today. Robin was great, very sweet and understanding, but one of the pharmacists in the back was so incredibly rude and dismissive. After realizing the good rx dosage was wrong for the price it presented l, he huffed and walked away as he said it would then take longer to apply it to my medication?
