Terrible and slow service.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Julio and Mary at the Costco Pharmacy. Every time I call or stop by in person, they are consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me fill a difficult prescription, and their patience and dedication truly made a difference for me. The new person at the pharmacy checkout is beyond rude. I’ve interacted with her multiple months now and her attitude has only gotten worse. It’s the employee with the purple hair.
These folks deserve a gold medal. Costco Pharmacy is always slammed, but the team still manages to stay friendly, helpful, and fast. Vaccines were quick, prescriptions filled without drama, and zero chaos (which is miraculous for a pharmacy ). Seriously, they’re rock stars. Thank you, R. Steele, MD
