Today, I am disappointed in the customer service I received when I called on the phone. To be a pharmacy tech is not just to handle prescriptions but also to work with patients. I spoke with a pharmacy tech named Miller who I asked about transferring medication to another Costco pharmacy. I ultimately spoke to him on the phone 2x and then had to make 2 other calls — 4 calls total — before I resolved my issue.
