Nightmare to deal with for a failed attempt to obtain a prescription.
In June I was told by your pharmacy that our generic prescription that we take daily was on back order until the end of September. I switched the script to mail order, obtained 3 weeks worth of the med and paid for shipping from Indiana. With the help of our insurance company, 7 other Lorain county pharmacies and our doctor I purchased out of pocket 5 more weeks of the med.
