This Costco has been around for a long time in the Santa Clarita Valley and it is one of the few stores that has the worst checkout service of all stores I have been too. Most other Costco stores will get boxes and show some care for your groceries but they dont seen to care how they stack your food or even help you out with boxes to protect your purchase. I've shopped at this Costco for over 14 years and have never had a problem with their service or doing returns. Mind you there will be a wait after Christmas when everyone and their grandma are making returns/exchanges. Nevertheless, having to wait during those times should not constitute a rating of one ⭐️
This Costco will not return anything without makng you stand there for an hour. Their manager, Cheryl, is rude. Costco Your supervisor Cheryl at Costco in Santa Clarita was very rude to me today. I had the "Executive Membership" and my rebate check was sent to my old address. I went to Costco to have them re-issue the check to my new address.
