Dr. Clark was friendly and professional. I was in and out quickly with my prescription.
There are two parts to this: the independent optometrist and the optical shop. Dr. Stensos was my optometrist and did an excellent job. He was quick and efficient, but also friendly and nice to talk to. I paid cash for the exam which came to $120 for the exam + $40 for the optomap. My optician also did a lovely job. She helped me sort through a bunch of frames and get over my indecision. I came away have selected 2 lovely frames for my glasses and backup glasses as well as a frame for my sunglasses. Dr. Clark is great! Took the time to show and explain to me the issues I am having with my eyes. Thorough and up to date technology. I also enjoyed his sense of humor and kindness. Costco staff are helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a busy store and they definitely have to multitask to keep up. I felt like I was completely focused on when it was my turn. Just had to wait a bit before I was helped.
I have always had great service and products from Costco optical. I often buy frames elsewhere and purchase the lenses from Costco. they are quick, cost-effective, have great service, and I've always been happy with my purchase.
