Dr. Clark is great! Took the time to show and explain to me the issues I am having with my eyes. Thorough and up to date technology. I also enjoyed his sense of humor and kindness. Costco staff are helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a busy store and they definitely have to multitask to keep up. I felt like I was completely focused on when it was my turn. Just had to wait a bit before I was helped.
I have always had great service and products from Costco optical. I often buy frames elsewhere and purchase the lenses from Costco. they are quick, cost-effective, have great service, and I've always been happy with my purchase.
I had a great exam with Dr. Clark. There's a good selection of frames. Prices of those and of lenses are fair. The 2 customer service people were just okay, though. I knew I wanted to switch to progressive lenses from bifocals, and was given a bit of a hard time about that.
Dr. Clark is great. His equipment is amazingly modern. He can get a beautiful picture of your retinas without dilating your eyes which is the best! And, a full eye exam including retinal pictures was less than half what I paid for an eye exam at an ophthalmology office. We will be coming here from now on!
