The front staff Joshua was so rude and condescending.
I had a fantastic experience at Costco Optical, thanks to Sonia! She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and went out of her way to assist me with picking the perfect glasses. She also took the extra time to ensure my insurance authorization was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They rarely answer their phones. Need to place an order but can’t get through to them even when transferred by staff from a different department.
Best kept secret!!! I went here earlier this year and got two great pair of glasses, regular and sunglasses. It was quick and easy. I had my prescription with my and bought a really REALLY nice pair of designer glasses! You would never know it came from Costco! Bvlgari! Then my car got stolen and of course my new glasses were in there! I went back and the manager was not very sympathetic to my sob story-i when showed her the police report…whatever!
