I was a walk in, just to order glasses. A kind gentleman told me about the different sections and answered my questions about bifocals. After I picked out my glasses, he helped me order them and gave me some good information about Costco glasses. Very kind and quick ordeal - overall, very pleased. I’ll be coming back and recommend this place to others!
This was my first time using Costco Optical for any eye care needs. Dr. Rafael Borges was awesome! He was the most thorough optometrist I've ever been to, and I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid. He was very approachable and explained things in full detail. Very happy to get my glasses from here after getting eyes checked out at OMC after a diabetic screening. Was able to get help and explanation on various features. I was able to get my glasses and some prescription sunglasses ordered. Only took roughly a week and was able to pick them up. So far no issues just getting used to wearing glasses. First time user.
I came with an open mind despite the other reviews, but yes, confirmed, employees there can be really rude
