I had my prescription from my eye doctor but was looking for more affordable glasses, and Andrea at Costco’s Eye Department was incredible. She patiently walked me through what my insurance would cover and explained how the styles and sizing were organized among the sample glasses. She encouraged me to take my time and let her know if I had any questions, which made the process feel completely stress-free. Tried twice to use VSP benefits to buy glasses here. Staff couldn’t figure out insurance details and were unapologetic.
I was a walk in, just to order glasses. A kind gentleman told me about the different sections and answered my questions about bifocals. After I picked out my glasses, he helped me order them and gave me some good information about Costco glasses. Very kind and quick ordeal - overall, very pleased. I’ll be coming back and recommend this place to others!
