Very happy to get my glasses from here after getting eyes checked out at OMC after a diabetic screening. Was able to get help and explanation on various features. I was able to get my glasses and some prescription sunglasses ordered. Only took roughly a week and was able to pick them up. So far no issues just getting used to wearing glasses. First time user.
I came with an open mind despite the other reviews, but yes, confirmed, employees there can be really rude
These employees in the optical department are so nice, helpful and friendly. So glad I switched. They make you feel valued. Love you!🥰
