really nice customer service worked with me to get a trial pair because my order was taking too long cause I was leaving for a month!! 10/10 experience here
Poor service, short staffed and long wait.
Optometrist here are scamming people. Purposely messed up my contact prescription on purpose. Made one eye worse than the other so that my eyes would worsen over time by unfocusing them. It is a scam this optometrist uses to keep us customers coming back, and ruin our vision for life. Beware this place! Trust no one!
The Dr. was fine. The clerks behind the counter that are supposed to HELP with frames are worthless. We were there a few weeks ago to choose frames for the lenses. We had to flag a clerk down for help.. While helping us she got up to help a NEW customer waiting to get her frames. There were 3 other clerks there as well. Two weeks later, we arrive to pick up the new frames/lenses. Have things changed? When I would pick up new glasses , they take their time with you. I had a WONDERFUL experience at the optical center. Anna Myers went above and beyond helping me chose the correct glasses. I ordered 2 pair and they were ready in a week!! The 3 women who work there are the BEST!! I’m going to get another pair of sunglasses as well. Thank you
