First of all, thank you for being helpful and having reasonable glasses prices. The next part, I hope someone from Costco reads as constructive criticism in order to find a better way. After you order their glasses, they text you with instructions to pick them up from a locker in the store. It should be pretty convenient, but in actuality it was unnecessarily inconvenient. I recommend picking your glasses up from the locker immediately upon entering the store. Then take them over to the optical counter to have them adjusted.... read more
They literally NEVER answer the phone. My car has a blown head gasket so I am not mobile. I just want to order contacts! I have called multiple times throughout the last 4 days and Costco optical has not answered the phone ONCE. Absolutely ridiculous.
First, I love Costco! Costco is by far the best retail company in America. However, this is not true for the Optical Department. Their staff and eye doctor are complete dishonest. I asked multiple times if my vision insurance would cover my visit. They assured me all I had to do was submit a claim and I could be reimbursed for my out of pocket cost. The best place to get glasses. Price, staff and service is great.
Terrible people and I don’t use that word often. I was running late on my appointment and so I called these ones and told them I’d be 5 minutes late. They said it’s okay coz they allow 15 minutes max after appointment time. I had brought with me my 8months old baby and so me and the stroller were running not to miss this appointment. I got there right within my time only for the lady in the front desk to tell me that they can’t take me.
