The Puyallup Optical Department is fantastic. I have purchased four pairs of glasses here, and the staff is consistently friendly and informative. I typically require frame adjustments since I like a tight fit, and Sean has nailed the adjustments every single time.
Usually I would stick to Costco for all my needs. The front desk girl in the optometrist. Her attitude made decide to take business elsewhere.
Just received AMAZING service from Stefan in Optical Shop in Bonney Lake. He was so friendly and very efficient! He explained everything thoroughly. I can't say enough about his customer service. And the big bonus was that I received 3 pairs of glasses (one was prescription sunglasses) for $700 less than what the other Optical shop wanted to charge me for just one pair of glasses! I feel likenI hit the jackpot!! Thank you Stefan and thank you Costco! Angel
First of all, thank you for being helpful and having reasonable glasses prices. The next part, I hope someone from Costco reads as constructive criticism in order to find a better way. After you order their glasses, they text you with instructions to pick them up from a locker in the store. It should be pretty convenient, but in actuality it was unnecessarily inconvenient. I recommend picking your glasses up from the locker immediately upon entering the store. Then take them over to the optical counter to have them adjusted.... read more
