Tomi was awesome! He both ordered two pairs of glasses for me, and he fit them when I came to pick them up. He was super friendly and careful in adjusting them, making sure I got a great fit. He also gave a quick tutorial on the progressive feature and some other niceties. Not to mention, I got a great price for two sets of glasses compared to the usual highway robbery from optical stores. Highly recommended.

All I can say is everything from the selection of frames to the ordering process to pickup was perfect. The staff was professional and though they were busy were not rushed at all. The price for 2 pairs of glasses was less than what I paid for lenses only at another business! The price for membership to Costco is worth it, even if all you buy is glasses!!

Carmen was very patient, communicative, and friendly throughout the process! She helped us get a pair of glasses fixed and find a new pair, as well. The only thing I will say is they rotate their glasses SO often. If you buy a pair they will likely not be in stock within 2-3 months, so any of their "fixing" warranties...just get you back in to buy another pair. This has happened 2-3 times where we wanted to buy a second pair/get something fixed and they "only have 1" or already rotated them 2 months later.

I went in to pickup my new glasses. Jennifer worked hard to get the fit that needed a lot of adjustments. I appreciate all of her detail efforts to get the glasses to fit! Thank You Jennifer!

Unfriendly staff. Picking up prepaid contacts. The person in front of me ordering glasses told the clerk she wasn’t ready. Clerk wouldn’t listen that I just needed to pick up and rudely told me I would have to wait for the other customer to be finished.
