An employee at the optical store goes to lunch at 5:30 pm. Is this in violation of the employee rates to have lunch at such a late hour or is it an employees ploy to skip out of dealing with waiting customers. Strange behavior and seems like a bit of a recurring issue.
ATTN LIVERMORE COSTCO: First off this has nothing to do with Doctor Nguyen, who is an excellent optometrist and continues to be my go to for my eye health. This review is COSTCO OPTICAL DEPARTMENT. I’ve had nothing but issues w my prescription lenses this time around. There was a defect and they were replaced and still having issues. I’m going to file a complaint and expect for it to be fixed or reimbursed to go elsewhere.
