Out of office multiple times during posted business hours but won’t renew prescription over the phone, double billed me, and forgot to order my contacts after waiting a month. I’ve never had such a hard time just getting regular things done as I have here.
Had an eye exam done here and got a prescription for contacts. One of my trial contacts ripped so I went in to get my rx and order new contacts and asked if I could have another sample pair of contacts until my prescription came in and explained I had a beach tripped planned at the end of the week and did not want to wear glasses on the beach. The optical department is filled with excellent technicians. I feel confident that I'm getting the best service and value from Costco optical. I took a pair of glasses that broke in the night and they fixed them within minutes.
