Had an eye exam done here and got a prescription for contacts. One of my trial contacts ripped so I went in to get my rx and order new contacts and asked if I could have another sample pair of contacts until my prescription came in and explained I had a beach tripped planned at the end of the week and did not want to wear glasses on the beach. Very professional, got a pair of glasses for $150 cheaper. Got them in less than 7 days.
The optical department is filled with excellent technicians. I feel confident that I'm getting the best service and value from Costco optical. I took a pair of glasses that broke in the night and they fixed them within minutes.
My 17 year old daughter got an eye exam at the Huntsville Costco and was written a mild prescription, for contacts, to help see better when she drives at night. When trying to order contacts from Costco the staff was rude and unwilling to help her saying she didn’t have insurance and could not be found. After a few attempts to get this resolved she asked me to try and help her. I went into the office and requested her prescription and they gave it to me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and my glasses bought at Costco, Huntsville store! The staff are very friendly and very professional! They are very knowledgeable about their job! I won’t go anywhere else for glasses from now on!
