Don’t waste your time! It’s 1 o’clock, it took 30 minutes to park. I just walked in and they told me no more exams for the day because she doesn’t want to do anymore. Don’t waste your time!
I do not normally write reviews for poor experiences, but I am writing this in hopes that another person avoids the same things that happened to me. I have been wearing the same style contacts since i was 18 years. My prescription has only changed slightly throughout the years. I went to here for my yearly visit so i can order new lenses and the first year went well.. In and out for $150 and i was a happy camper. My second year i went back and i was not having any issues seeing in either one of my eyes. The doctor told me my left eye needs to be bumped up from a 1.25 to a 1.50... We had an excellent experience today at Norwalk Costco Optical!! Justin and the staff took excellent care of us. We have 2 kids with special needs & 1 needed glasses amd they were amazingly patient and kind!! 100 stars Thank you Costco Norwalk Optical Dept!!
