I got new lenses there and one lense was .50 off of what my prescription said. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to fix it. Now I can’t read out of that lense except if I tilt my head way back and read out of the very bottom of my lense and don’t move my head. I’ll never get glasses from Costco again. Whoever makes them must be drunk all the time. I’ve noticed too that nobody from Costco responds to these reviews.
Some of the reviews here are misreported for the independent Doctor of Optometry next door. I have always received superior service here. Just had Bruce adjust my two year old glasses and I am thoroughly satisfied. Great service, amazing prices and quality. I will keep coming back.

Optical staff is outstanding in providing customer service. I'm not very good in selecting frames for my glasses. The lady who assisted me was very polite and patient. Thank You!
