The doctor was extremely rude and mouthy. The insurance we have is acceptable at the store not with that doctor and he was nasty about it.
Dr Schwartz is the best! We have seen several ophthalmologists since living in Louisville. We prefer Dr. Schwartz over all of them. Professional and very knowledgeable.
My son has astigmatism which causes one eye to be legally blind and glasses do not help. My whole family has gone to this doctor for years and we usually just do a check up on my son to see if he’s had any changes. He specifically needed an exam for his drivers permit test so we got that and after driving to Frankfort KY to take that test, they told us that the doctor needed to fill out THEIR form and would not accept the doctor’s 6 page typed exam explaining his condition. Excellent service, very grateful to the ophthalmologist who took all the time to explain every detail during the appointment, very professional and polite. The staff at the optician's office was very professional and pleasant. 100% recommended.
