Brought my sons broken glasses in Matt helped repair them for free within five minutes. Membership has it’s privileges.
I’ve been coming to Costco for years for my glasses and contacts! I have always had a pleasant experience and the prices are unmatched here! When I arrived Grant was able to help me. He seem annoyed and was very unhelpful when I asked basic questions. I ended up walking always and doing other shopping when I came back Grant was no where to be seen. This doctor is by far the worst eye doctor I’ve ever seen.
Great experience today. Didn't get his name, but the person who helped me out was excellent to work with. The insurance and ordering process was simple and worked out perfect.
The guys at the front were good, but the doctor seemed impatient by my questions and touted his many years in the business and many years of education. He made me feel like my questions were illegitimate. I'm sure my prescription is fine but I would not recommend this doctor.
