Christian was great, helped me with an issue with a scratched pair of sunglasses they took care of it and he was friendly, kind and helpful
Yesterday, I shopped at Costco Optical and found the eyewear 👓 that someone else purchased recently. Since I have health insurance, I was able to get my new progressive lens and for FREE with No out of pocket from me. Thanks Costco!
I waited in the lobby for 45 after my appointment time without anyone even coming to check on me - horrible service

18 wheeler if coming from east to west on I -10 exit 24 go trough the service road make a thigh right on Magruder st and another right on Montana immediately take the mall entrance as soon you do the turn and follow it against the wall to the shipping and receiving gate on the right…. Hope this will help others …. Not sure about the way out….
