I had a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was really friendly and the doctor was thorough and explained everything as we went, which I really appreciated. The doctor's office was clean and well maintained. Side note: I had a great cookie sample on the way out and ended up buying a heavily discounted high quality stick vacuum I've been needing and 2 lbs of cashews. Name another optometrist where that's even an option.
Mark and Robert in the optical department went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. As a first-time glasses buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Mark took the time to walk me through all of my options, patiently explaining the nuances of each lens feature until I felt confident in my decision. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Robert listened carefully and made precise adjustments until the fit was perfect. Both of them were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!
Great staff! We went to fit contact lenses for my 12-year-old daughter and learned that her prescription had changed. Mark at the Costco Optical counter was very informative and helpful — he prepared everything for us to pick up new glasses and get the updated prescription. We’ll definitely be going back. Thanks!
