Customer service is ridiculous. No one to help and consistently under staffed.
Best experience. The doctor is perfect. The staff is lovely, thank you so much being kind with my daughter.

Just used the Optical Dept for new glasses and what an awesome experience. Great prices , good selection, and friendly staff.
The good: The prices were exceptional. ONE person assisting (of 2, so far) was nice. The bad: The quality control of the product that returned from the lab was SO BAD, that it was almost comical! On my first attempt to receive my glasses, the lens were SO SCRATCHED it looked as if someone rubbed a brillo pad across both lenses. The lense edges were not (really) polished as had been paid for, and the lenses themselves (I'm told) were cut too small.
