I’ve been a patient here for several years and continue to be impressed with this clinic. A year ago the Dr. recommended a new strategy for me to give up readers (I was getting tired of them on my head all day!) and the contacts have been great! The staff is helpful when there are questions or I need something like my prescription emailed. I highly recommend this practice.
The optometrist I saw was nice, but recommended another monthly even though I stated multiple times I haven’t liked any monthlies I’ve tried. When I went to get a print of my prescription, the girl at the front desk said “Dang you’re blind!” When I went to refill my online contact refill, they denied my refill stating I needed an exam even though contact exams are good for 2 years and I was just seen 14 months ago.
