Vine a comprar mis lentes para los que ocupo bastante aumento, me hicieron perder mi tempo buscando el armazon para que la señora Monica simplemente me diga que no pueden hacer mis lentes con esa graduacion, cuando ellos previamente vieron mi prescription, es injusto que hagan perder el tempo y que no tengan un communicado que indique hasta que graduacion pueden o no fabricar lentes… muy mal servicio entonces que están apoyando y aportando a la Comunidad? Si no pueden fabricar todos los lentes…
I've been going to Costco optical for years. They're very helpful and they're very good. Ruben and Alan and Breanna are always quite helpful! Anyway kudos to the whole crew as well.
Came in with a pair of non functional glasses and came out with them fixed and my current pair touched up at no cost. Thanks Ruben and team!
